Samuel K. Allen
Sam Allen represents injured people and families after serious truck and car crashes and other life-changing events. His practice centers on serious personal injury and wrongful death, including claims involving commercial carriers and alcohol providers. He has focused his career on litigation since 2001.
Sam prepares each case with trial in mind: identifying who may be responsible, developing the evidence, and documenting what the injury or loss has changed. The work can involve a commercial carrier’s records, the conduct of an alcohol provider, disputed insurance coverage, or medical evidence explaining lasting harm.
