Founding Attorney

Samuel K. Allen

Samuel K. Allen is the founder of Allen Legal. He has been a full-time litigation attorney since 2001 and has tried over 50 cases in multiple jurisdictions on behalf of individuals and businesses. He is known for his direct, aggressive advocacy and his commitment to treating every client with genuine personal attention.

Attorney Allen earned his undergraduate degrees in History, Sociology, and Political Science from Tennessee Technological University, where he was a Stalman Scholar and a founding member of the University's chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He earned his doctoral degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2000.

He began working at age 14 and has experience across multiple fields before committing full-time to litigation. Over his career, he has handled cases in over 16 states and has presented multiple programs for the National Business Institute (NBI), including personal injury, medical malpractice, ethical traps, and trial presentation and techniques.
